I have designed a prototype for the traveler keeping in mind the pain points .

I have divided the flight journey in four stages
-
On Check in : user will be made aware of their flight arrival, no. of bags they checked in and other important flight journey checklist i.e. security check and moving to which gate no. So that user doesn’t get frustrated or lost at any stage.

On Boarding : user can check the status of their bags being boarded, and user seat no. , flight duration and destination

On Landing : user will be made aware of baggage claim area, status of their bag and ETA for collecting bag

Checkout : user will be notified Happy Traveling

User can access the location of their bags at any course of their travel and can keep a track of their flight journey.

On lost of baggage or any help needed by the user, User can press on icon located at bottom right
